We’ll send you a confirmation email detailing your order. Then, someone from our trusted installation partners (F&W Networks) will contact you to arrange an installation date and time that’s convenient for you. On the day they’ll then visit your home to connect you to our full-fibre broadband.

At the end of your 12-month contract, you’ll be contacted by our team who’ll offer you some renewal options. Please note, you’ll be asked to provide updated proof of eligibility before you can renew your package.
