Professionally installed, from start to finish
Your Hey!Broadband and ADT services are installed separately. Hey!Broadband will install your broadband first. Once your broadband is live, ADT will contact you to arrange your security installation with an NSI-accredited engineer.
Your ADT engineer will install and configure your chosen security equipment and show you how your system works, so you're confident using it from day one

Your Hey!Broadband service will be installed first. Once your broadband is live, ADT will contact your separately to arrange installation of your security system.
Yes. A live Hey!Broadband connection is required for the smart security features and monitoring services to operate correctly.
Your Hey!Broadband service is provided on a 24-month contract. Your ADT Home Security service is provided under a separate 36-month contract. Your Connect & Protect bundle price applies for the first 24 months. From month 25, your ADT service continues at its standalone price until the end of your 36-month ADT contract.
Your Hey!Broadband contract reaches the end of its minimum term after 24 months. Your ADT contract continues until the end of its 36-month term. From month 25, your ADT service will be charged at its applicable standalone price. Your Hey!Broadband service will be charged at the applicable broadband price and remains subject to our standard annual price increases.
Yes. You'll receive a bill from Hey!Broadband for your broadband service and a separate bill from ADT for your home security service.
Your Hey!Broadband service remains subject to our standard annual price increases. Your ADT service is subject to the pricing and terms of your separate ADT contract. Any applicable changes will be communicated to you in line with the relevant terms.

Yes. ADT offers pet-friendly security options designed to help reduce false alarms caused by pets. The suitability of your security system will depend on your home and the size and type of pets you have, so this can be discussed as part of your security assessment.
Yes. Following your Hey!Broadband order confirmation, ADT will contact you directly regarding your security installation and setup which will be followed by confirmation documents from them being sent to you directly.
Yes. Using the ADT mobile app, you can monitor and control your system from anywhere.
The promotional bundle pricing applies only while both services remain active. If either service is cancelled, standalone price may apply. Hey!Broadband and/or ADT may apply early termination fees (ETFs). Please read our full terms and conditions here.
Of course. Additional devices and sensors can be added following your installation. ADT will be able to discuss suitable options with you.
Yes. Your ADT system and full fibre with Hey!Broadband will be professionally installed and configured correctly by both companies. These will be arranged as separate appointments.
