Cancellation and Termination Form

Hey! Broadband is the trading name of Hey Broadband Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 11992003. Our registered office address is 3rd Floor, 1 Ashley Road, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 2DT.
In this Cancellation and Termination policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean or refer to Hey! Broadband.
Cancelling or ending your services
You can cancel your Hey! Broadband services within the period of 14 days starting from the day after we send your first Service Confirmation Email, without paying any early termination charges. If we have carried out any installation-related work or you have used your service within this period, you will still have to pay the charges for those services.
If you wish to end your service after this 14 day period, you need to give us at least 30 days’ notice and may have to pay an early termination charge (as set out in section 22 of our Residential Customer Terms of Service.
You will also need to return any equipment we have supplied to you within 14 days of your service ending.
After you tell us that you want to cancel or end your services, we will contact you to let you know what (if any) charges (as referred to above) are payable on cancellation or termination and how to return the equipment we have supplied.
If you wish to cancel or end your services, please either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (including details of your name, address, phone number, email address, account number, date of order and details of the services you would like to cancel) or just complete and submit the form below online. You will find your Account Number and the date of your order on your Service Confirmation Email.
