Neighbour Terms and Conditions

1. If a neighbour signs up with us after your recommendation (Referred User), you might be entitled to a referral reward subject to these terms and conditions.

2. A referral award is confirmed when the Referred User signs up a new 12 or 18-month contract after providing your name (Referrer) and the promotion Connect via phone or email.

3. You need to be a Hey!Broadband customer at the time of the referral.

4. When referral is validated, the Referred User and Referrer will receive an email notification.

5. A £20 discount (or we can put credit) will be deducted from the Referrer’s next bill and £20 discount (or credit) from the Referred User’s first bill.

6. The maximum number of referrals per customer is 10.

7. If more than 1 Referred Users sign up with us in one month, then the Referrer will receive one referral reward each month until the referral credit is zero.

8. The Referred User’s account should be active for at least 30 days in order for the referral reward to be activated.

9. You cannot recommend someone from your household.

10. A referral reward will not apply if for any reason we have the Referred User’s details in our database.

11. In case we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to withhold rewards.

12. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and terminate the scheme at any time with or without notice.
